Cipronex is a prescription-only drug, so its inclusion in therapy and dosage should be decided by a doctor. Do not use this preparation without consulting a doctor. In addition, there are certain interactions between the medicinal products mentioned in the question. Simultaneous administration of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs - NSAIDs (here: Apo-Napro) and quinolones (tu: Cipronex) may increase the risk of stimulation of the central nervous system and seizures through a synergistic inhibitory effect of neurotransmitters. If possible, their combined use should be avoided, especially in patients with risk factors (e.g. elderly, nephropathy, history of seizures).
