There are no contraindications to the concomitant use of Theospirex Retard and Spiriva Respimat. Please note that Theospirex Retard is available in 2 doses: 150 mg and 300 mg, so this is not the same dose as euphyllin Long 200. Changing the dose of a medicine, especially substances such as theophylline contained in these medicinal products, for which a slight change in dose may significantly affect their safety and efficacy, should always be decided by a doctor. At the moment, the availability of euphyllin Long 200 mg is declared by 59% of pharmacies integrated into our system: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/28119/euphyllin-long-kapsulki/apteki/w-polsce I encourage you to read the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/przewlekla-obturacyjna-choroba-pluc-pochp
