In the case of Evra patches, a 25-minute delay in change does not affect the effectiveness of their action.

You did not write what kind of patch you are talking about. Skin patches can have different effects and properties. Answering only in general terms, therefore, it does not seem that 25 minutes of difference when changing any transdermal system makes a fundamental difference.
