For @Leon: The tolerable upper level of zinc intake is 40 mg per day. The zinc content of Acnevac Neo and Zincas Forte does not exceed this level. Their simultaneous use can therefore be considered relatively safe.
Sorry I wrote from memory preparation is zincas forte 27mg zinc ions plus 1.5mg acnevac neo.

In the available medical literature I do not find such a preparation as "zinc forte", so it is difficult for me to give a clearer answer. For adults, the daily zinc requirement is: - 11 mg per day in men - 8 mg per day in women. Too large a daily dose of zinc (over 50mg) can contribute to disruptions in the absorption of iron and other minerals, which in turn will lead to iron or copper deficiency in the body. In addition, it affects the increase in blood cholesterol levels, impaired immunity, dizziness and headaches, as well as nausea, vomiting and ulcers. Acnevac Neo contains only 1.5mg of zinc, so it does not exceed the above values.
