Dulcinozox is not a drug but a supplement available for sale on-line (not in a pharmacy). It is true that its ingredients (e.g. white mulberry) regulate blood sugar levels, but the manufacturer does not specify the amount of substances contained in the supplement. Moreover, it is not a medicinal product, so it should not be used as a primary treatment in people diagnosed with diabetes.
