In the attached result, it is described that small deposits are visible in the gallbladder. Diagnosis of diseases of the bile ducts and evaluation lies with the specialist gastrologist. In contrast, the kidneys and the calyx-pelvic system do not contain "visible large deposits" nor have urine retention features been observed. This does not exclude the possibility of the existence of urinary tract infections, but here a general urine test and culture will be diagnostically useful. If you have doubts about where to consult the obtained ultrasound result, it is worth talking to your family doctor. It is difficult for me to answer whether the surgeon will be the right specialist. Back pain may also be in the field of interest of an orthopedist or neurologist.
