What to do if I forgot to take out the disc on Monday and took out on Sunday - apply a new one right away, or take a 7-day break?
I forgot howling the krazka. I should howl e Mon at 10 pm is Sunday. What to do? Do you take a break and set up another one on Sunday or start tomorrow without a week break?

If the disc has remained in the vagina for no more than 4 weeks - and in your case it was, contraceptive protection is preserved. You should take a 7-day break and apply a new album next Sunday.
