There are some interactions between the drugs included in the question. They can only be used if they have been prescribed by the same doctor or if the doctors prescribing these preparations have been informed about what other drugs the patient is already taking. Parallel use of beznodiazepines (e.g. Lexotan) with antipsychotics (e.g. Ketipinor) may cause the side effects to be summed up. Side effects have been reported including: respiratory depression, hypotension, ataxia, arrhythmias, cardiac arrest. Increased cardiovascular and respiratory responses were also noted. Additional risk factors that may predispose patients to this interaction are: old age, pre-existing cardiovascular diseases, liver failure, organic brain disorders. Although the combined use of these medicines may be therapeutically beneficial, the patient should be closely monitored for signs of toxicity during the use of the combination. In this case, I encourage you to consult your family doctor, who has the greatest knowledge about the patient and will recommend appropriate therapeutic treatment.
