If I shortened the 7-day break for bleeding while using the disc, should I immediately insert a new disc without taking a break after removing it?
I use contraceptive rings, I mistakenly put it on the day before, should I take a 7-day break or immediately after 3 weeks put on a new disc without a 7-day break?

Shortening the 7-day break does not affect the effectiveness of therapy. A new disc should be pulled out after 3 weeks from its application and another one should be put on after a 7-day break. I attach a link to a helpful post: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/krazki-dopochwowe
