Can I still take Hydrominum Detox if my doctor has prescribed spironol?

Hello, I received a prescription for spironol from a gynecologist. Due to the hair I have been taking hydrominum detox for a long time, can I still take these two preparations during the day?

I suggest discontinuing the Hydrominum Detox dietary supplement, which is supposed to "support the elimination of water from the body", because the drug Spironol also has diuretic properties - it belongs to a group of drugs called diuretics. Unnecessary deepening of the effect of increased diuresis can potentially lead to electrolyte disturbances. The use of Spironol in the case of hirsutism (excessive hair) is an off-label application (outside the leaflet records), but it is practiced due to the antiandrogenic (counteracting male characteristics) properties of spironolactone (the active ingredient of the drug Spironol).
