Hello. I have been using Almozen for several years and I would like to ask if it is possible that after years of use there may be redness on the face that looks a bit like rosacea?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, the redness you write about is not mentioned among the side effects of Almozen: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/3660/almozen-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/180295 If you suspect rosacea, I encourage you to consult a dermatologist who, on the basis of a physical examination, will assess what is the cause of redness.
