According to the information from the manufacturer, the availability of both doses (15 mg and 50 mg) will gradually increase. Some pharmacies already have a dose of 50 mg in stock. From the customer service department of Zentiva, we received information that Chlorprothixen in a dose of 15 mg and 50 mg is currently available in Poland both in wholesale channels and in pharmacies. After temporary problems in the supply chain, production at the plant has started again and the manufacturer is currently waiting for further deliveries.
I am surprised that for a long time the drug has been unavailable in Poland, but you can easily get it from our western neighbors
I also have this problem. I took this drug for 10 years, it helped me a lot. Now I have to worry again about the side effects of a new, unproven drug. The patient, as usual, knows about everything last.

We have received an official letter in which the manufacturer informs about the extension of the temporary suspension of the marketing of Chlorprothixen Zentiva. The information was also reported to the URPL. This means that a long-term lack of marketing of this drug in both doses - 15 and 50 mg - is predicted. Currently, the company no longer has any stocks of this product.
