Sertraline (the active substance in Sertagen) is considered to be the safest antidepressant during breastfeeding. So far, no effect of the use of this drug by the mother on the baby's digestive system has been observed. There were also no reports of any side effects. I enclose an article that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/leki-a-karmienie-piersia and the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/70699/sertagen-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka
