It is worth remembering that weight loss is not a phenomenon that proceeds all the time with the same intensity. With Trulicity in some patients at the beginning there are no spectacular effects and only later "something moves". There can be a lot of reasons such as hormonal changes, stress, infection, less exercise, etc. Very often, patients take 2 steps forward, 1 step back or 2 steps to the side and only a step forward again. Please do not be discouraged, give yourself time ;) Back pain does not have to be related to the effect of the drug. The effects of treatment are assessed by a doctor, m.in on the basis of measurements of the level of glycated hemoglobin in the blood.
