Good morning, when applying a tampon, I accidentally scratched my fingernail in the middle of the neck. Nothing hurts me at the moment. Could something serious happen?

To @Ola: If you do not feel any disturbing symptoms, then there is no reason to worry.
Yes, I mean scratching the mucous membrane in the middle of the cervix. I have a period, so the bleeding is anyway, but nothing hurts.

Do you mean scratching the mucous membrane of intimate places? If there has been no bleeding, in addition, you do not feel discomfort - there is no reason to worry.
