Is the lack of bleeding during a break in the use of Evra patches a cause for concern?
If I don't bleed in the fourth week without the patch, is that a cause for concern? Bleeding can occur when you stick the first patch from the new package? Do contraceptive patches shorten the cycle?

If the patches have been used correctly, then there is probably no reason to worry. The first patch from the next pack should be glued after a 7-day break, regardless of whether bleeding occurs. A pregnancy test can be taken before this to rule out a possible pregnancy.
