Can I be pregnant if the second line came out white on the test?

She has been using MyWy contraceptive pills for 9 months. On Friday I should get withdrawal bleeding unfortunately it is not there so far. On Saturday I started a new blister, today something tempted me to do a pregnancy test and the second line came out pale and even white. Can I be pregnant even though I use contraception regularly?

Properly and systematically used hormonal contraception is an effective method of preventing pregnancy, although this effectiveness is not 100%. The absence of withdrawal bleeding may indicate pregnancy, but sometimes with hormonal contraception such a lack of bleeding can happen despite the fact that the pregnancy did not occur. In case of doubt, it is best to do a pregnancy test. Unfortunately, I cannot answer what your result means, since the line "came out pale and even white". Pregnancy is indicated by two dark lines in all models of pregnancy tests known to me, an example photo can be found here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/11954/czy-istnieje-wytlumaczenie-dlaczego-na-tescie-ciazowym-pojawily-sie-dwie-kreski If there is a problem with reading the result, then you can do a third-party test or do a laboratory test for the level of chorionic gonadotropin: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/test-ciazowy
