Is eczema during treatment with Axotret tablets a side effect or the fault of Cetaphil cream?

Good morning, for 5 days I have been using Axotret and moisturizing my face with cetaphil lipoactive cream that the dermatologist recommended to me, the skin is admittedly moisturized, soft, I do not feel dry, burning, but every day I notice new changes on the face (small, white blackheads but also larger subcutaneous ones) is it a matter of the drug's effect (rash) or inadequate, too heavy, clogging cream? And can the cream interfere with the action of Axotret?

The cosmetic will have a caring effect and prevent the side effects of Axotret associated with possible dryness of the skin. The cream will therefore not interfere with the action of the tablets. In rare cases, the symptoms of acne may worsen during the first weeks of treatment with Axotret. Improvement should occur over time, and the full course of treatment lasts for a period of 16 to 24 weeks. If the formula of Cetaphil Pani cream does not suit, then you can try a different type of care. However, it is important not to neglect it. Examples of cosmetics that can be tried during retinoid therapy can be found in the following thread: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/68921/bepanthen-czy-bepanthen-derm-krem-lub-alantandermoline-lekki-krem-beda-odpowied I attach additional information: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-pozbyc-sie-tradziku-u-doroslych
