Does the use of Broncho-Vaxom in a person with impaired immunity make sense?

Does it make sense to use broncho vaxom in a person with impaired immunity plus autoimmune diseases plus benign salivary gland cancer? I've been sick since December after covid and I don't know what to save myself anymore

In such a situation, the appropriateness of treatment should be decided by your doctor. In Broncho-Vaxom studies conducted on animals, it was shown that the bacterial lysate contained in the drug increases resistance to experimentally caused infections by stimulating macrophages and B lymphocytes and increasing the secretion of immunoglobulins by cells of the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract. Clinical trials in humans have also shown an increase in the number of cells of the immune system, preventing infection and "fighting" pathogenic pathogens.
