Can I combine Telmisartan and Caramlo?

Can I use caramlo in the morning to lower the pressure and in the evening telmisartan egis? I forgot to ask my doctor if it was possible to combine both of these drugs. Please reply

I would recommend consulting the current treatment with the attending physician and the appropriate selection of drugs and dosage. Both of these drugs contain active substances from the same group - sartans, with a pressure-lowering effect. Simultaneous use of drugs from the same therapeutic group increases the m.in risk of side effects.
