Can Atrodil, Betaloc ZOK, Polfenone and Eliquis be used together? Does Atrodil affect the heart?

Hello. Can Atrodil for inhalation affect the heart? If your grandmother is 84 years old using betaloc zok, polfenone and eliquis, can these drugs interact with Atrodil?

Special care should be taken when Atrodil is used together with Betaloc Zok. Betaloc Zok may increase the bronchodilator effect of Atrodil: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/7971/atrodil-aerozol/ulotka/64442 The medicines may be used together in a way that is strictly determined by your doctor. Eliquis and Polfenon do not interact with Atrodil. However, possible side effects include, m.in, palpitations. This effect of Atrodil is reported uncommonly (may affect up to 1 in 100 people). Atrodil rarely causes atrial fibrillation as a side effect of the drug. In case of disturbing symptoms, I encourage you to consult your doctor. The use of any medicine poses a risk of side effects, but not every patient has to experience these effects. About whether to be afraid of the side effects of the drug, we wrote in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow More about whether it is possible to combine drugs with each other we wrote in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba
