Good morning. The doctor changed the form of my contraception to Ginoring because of perimenstrual migraines. For this reason, he also recommended using it for 28 days and putting on another one without a 7-day break; and once every three or four months I should take a break. In the leaflet I read that it is not recommended. If I had to follow the doctor's instructions (continuous contraception), should I change the discs after 21 or 28 days without taking a break?

Since this dosage method is not standard, I am afraid that you should ask this question to the doctor who recommended this type of therapy. Usually, the disc is used continuously for 3 weeks, followed by a week break. More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/krazki-dopochwowe
