Good morning, can a massage with a mixture of essential and herbal oils (e.g. Alpa Francówka) aimed at relieving pain in the lumbar region of the back have an effect on hormonal contraception (Belara tablets)? Thank you in advance.

No, massage with oils in no way affects the contraceptive effectiveness of Belara pills.
