Sulpiride and Escitalopram can only be used together if they have been recommended by one doctor or if the doctor knew about their use. Their simultaneous use may increase the concentration of Escitalopram in the blood, which translates into an increased risk of side effects. Taking them together also increases the risk of heart rhythm disturbances. If you experience any disturbing symptoms, you should see a doctor.
