Sinusitis, which can result m.in a nasal congestion, is a common side effect of Depralin. To alleviate the symptoms, herbal remedies can be used, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87727/sinupret-extract-drazetki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/71353/sinulan-forte-tabletki-powlekane/apteki or agents with a local effect, e.g. based on sea water m.in with the addition of ectoine or silver ions or sprays with xylometazoline: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/67324/rhino-argent-aerozol/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/84730/xylogel-0-1-zel-do-nosa/apteki However, Ibuprom Sinus drugs should be avoided - their use combined with Depralin increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. The observed side effect of therapy should be reported to the doctor, which we write about here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
