Are there erection pills for which you do not need sexual arousal?
Good morning. I used 50 mg of sindenafil and did not notice any super effect. I do not have health problems in general, rather my problem is to tense up before intercourse with a girl. It seems to me that if the erection problem occurs due to stress, then sindenafil may not work, because it all starts with the head. So I have a question, are there any drugs that cause erections without sexual arousal, or maybe some calming to relieve stress. Thank you

As you have well noticed - sildenafil will not work in the case when erectile dysfunction is associated with mental health. For the action of the drug, sexual arousal is necessary. There are no over-the-counter drugs that will cause an erection "on demand" without sexual arousal. Nor is this, in my opinion, an adequate solution to such a problem. I encourage you to visit a psychologist, psychotherapist or psychiatrist who will show you how to deal with stress and help you cope with such a situation in the long term.
