The combined use of Doreta and Pregabalin may be therapeutically beneficial, and the patient should be monitored for side effects during the use of the combination. However, they can only be used if they have been prescribed by the same doctor or if the doctors prescribing these preparations have been informed about what other medicines the patient is already taking. Such a combination increases the risk of intensifying the depressive effect on the central nervous system. This can be manifested by excessive calming, drowsiness and slowing down the reaction. The tendency to constipation is also increased, especially in women and the elderly. It is worth being aware of what the effects of simultaneous use of these drugs may be, so that if they are observed, the patient can relate the symptoms with the fact of combining specific substances.
