Can long-term use of Orungal cause tenderness and swelling of the gums?

I have been using orungal for over 3 months due to the aspergilose system for several days I have tender reddened as if swollen or can it be a side effect of a long treatment with orungal? I will add that the treatment is to last 5 months

The observed side effect of the therapy should be reported to the doctor. The described symptoms may be caused by a non-threatening viral infection - then the doctor may recommend the addition of antiviral drugs or mouthwashes. These symptoms may also indicate Stevens-Johnson syndrome - progressive necrosis of the mucous membranes - a very rare side effect of the drug Orungal. Therefore, the symptoms should not be underestimated and it is worth showing yourself to the doctor.
