Can metypred cause insomnia, swelling on the face and palpitations?

I take metypred. I can't sleep, I have a strange heartbeat so loud and I'm terribly swollen on my face. I also take calperos and kalipoz. Could it be after any medication?

Metypred can cause various side effects. These include, m.in insomnia, swelling of the face or problems with blood pressure. Symptoms should pass during the reduction of the dose of methypred or after its complete discontinuation. Side effects of the preparation can also be reported to the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products or the Entity responsible for a given drug.
