Do taking Clatra in a dose of 2x2 tabl. is it safe?
After the ineffectiveness of claritine and 1x1 rupafine for urticaria, I was prescribed clatra 2x2 until the symptoms disappeared and then 2x1, is it safe to take a 2x2 dose?

The doctor in the above case saved the drug based on his best knowledge, experience and current medical literature, not the manufacturer's indications. This is a very common situation. The use of Clatra at a dose of 2 tabl. 2 x a day is certainly used outside the registration indications, because the Safety Data Sheet provides for a dosage of 1 tabl. at a dose of 20mg 1 x per day.
