Can I take 1.2 mg of Saxenda from two different pens?

Good morning. I have been on saxenda treatment for 4 weeks. I am very satisfied with the results. I finish the first pack of injections, but during the transition from 1.8 to 2.4 in the pen I ran out of dose 2.4 the tip showed less than 1.2. And mine asks in this regard, can I make injections at a dose of 2.4 from two different pens from one 1.2 and from the other 1.2?
