Taking levothyroxine (the active ingredient in Euthyrox) with esomeprazole (the active ingredient in Emanera) may reduce the absorption of levothyroxine and reduce its effectiveness. For this reason, it is recommended to take these medicines separately - Emanera in the afternoon, e.g. before lunch.
