Why do doctors not want to prescribe this drug?

Why doctors do not want to prescribe this drug. I have hemorrhoids. Counseling of counseling. Nothing helped everything came back. All ointments suppositories. Why advertise them if the effect is zero. And posterisan h if it will work.

You did not write what medicine you are talking about. Cyclonamine was marked under the question, so my answer will be for it. Cyclonamine is a prescription drug, so its advertising is prohibited - I have no knowledge where you could see it. Refusal to prescribe Cyclonamine by the doctor may be associated with the fact that you do not have indications for its intake, after all, the specialist selects the drug not on the basis of current advertising, but assessing whether the patient's health condition requires taking this drug, whether it will be helpful and safe for him. In your case, this is most likely not the case. It is difficult for me to explain the doctor's decision to refuse to prescribe the drug without being himself. Posterisan H - like Cyclonamine - is a prescription drug. So it can be saved by a doctor who will look at the sick place and interview you. That due to the fact that this drug contains a steroid in its composition, it can not be used in every case of hemorrhoids. If you have any doubts as to why these medicines are not used by you, talk to your doctor about it. I am attaching a study that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/leki-na-hemoroidy
