Please do not stress in advance - as I wrote earlier, an appropriate long time interval between preparations protects you from the occurrence of side effects. Please do not use medication at the same time and nothing bad should happen. Your description shows that there is at least an 8-10h break between taking medications - this is a sufficient interval. If you notice symptoms that did not appear before the treatment - then please consult a doctor.

So the drugs were prescribed by one specialist, I take rexetin in the morning and miansec I have to take in the evening. I just took the medicine and your answer alarmed me

The use of both medicines at the same time may contribute to an increase in the concentration of mianserin in the blood and an increase in its side effects. The risk of serotonin syndrome also increases. Were both drugs prescribed by the same doctor? If so, please keep a significant, at least 3-4h break between their use. If the treatment was ordered by two doctors independently, please consult with one of the specialists the possibility of joint use of preparations.
