Metocard and Accupro do not interact. Both medicines (both Metocard and Accupro) can cause side effects such as palpitations and dizziness. This effect may be a reaction of the body not necessarily to both, but to one of the drugs. Both drugs lower blood pressure, so it is unlikely to increase the pressure when using them. Reporting side effects to your doctor or individually allows you to gather more information about the safety of your medications and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane I also attach leaflets of medicines: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/48709/metocard-tabletki/ulotka https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/1583/accupro-5-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka
