This is due to the fact that drugs weaken the perception of anxiety quite quickly, but do not immediately have an antidepressant effect - malaise results from fluctuations in the level of brain transmitters, which stabilize after about 2 weeks.

By all means - such symptoms appear even after half a tablet. These are typical "adaptive" symptoms.
Is it possible that after 1 tablet I have already just got the feeling of fever in my hands and eating disgust, vomiting?
