What to do if the drug helped for premature ejaculation, but I can not reach orgasm?
Good morning, I have been taking rexetil for more than a week (it was saved by a sexologist for premature ejaculation) this problem has actually disappeared, but now there is a problem the other way around, namely the inability to achieve orgasm. What in such a situation?

I suppose it is the drug Rexetin, because I do not find a preparation called "rexetil". If so, please read on. "A change in sex drive or sexual activity, such as lack of orgasm, and in men erectile dysfunction and ejaculation" is a very common side effect of this drug - it may occur more often than in 1 in 10 people. Unfortunately, there is no way to eliminate these types of side effects of treatment on your own. You can only wait and see if they will not be less severe over time. In a situation where the drug does not solve the problems with intercourse, you should ask your doctor again.
