No side effects have usually been reported following a single double dose of Ebilfumin. If any were present at all, they were similar to those listed in point 4 of the leaflet: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/26048/ebilfumin-kapsulki/ulotka/229919 If mom notices any disturbing symptoms, she must immediately consult a doctor or go to the nearest SOR department.
