I'm worried about the condition of my throat.

I'm worried about the look of my throat on the back wall there are visible lymph papules, I have them for a very long time, is this normal? Should I go to some doctor. I have been treated for 10 years for irritable bowel syndrome, I do not have any throat-related ailments, except for a white raid on the tongue, which I treated in October with drugs: Vermox, Macmiror, the raid is smaller but still present.
