Whether Amlozek is taken all his life or not depends on what the cause of hypertension is. If, as a result of treatment, it is possible to remove it, then it will not be necessary to take it all the time. A completely safe dose has not yet been determined, i.e. one that would not cause negative consequences for health in anyone, including as a result of combination with drugs. In my opinion, if it is not possible to completely refrain from drinking alcohol for the duration of therapy, you should not consume more than the so-called "standard portion of alcohol", that is, 200 g of beer 5%, 100 g of wine 10% or 25 g of vodka 40%.

Avoid drinking alcohol while taking Amlozek, as drinking alcohol may increase dizziness and lightheadedness in combination with the medicine. Do not skip a dose of Amlozek to drink alcohol. Abrupt discontinuation of the drug can provoke a sharp increase in blood pressure, leading to a stroke or infarction. I am attaching a study that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-z-alkoholem

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
