Can white spots on the face and the disappearance of lip pigment in the corners be side effects of Promazin?

I have been taking Promazin for about 9 months for insomnia, recently I began to appear white spots on my face and in the corners of my mouth disappeared dye, whether these may be side effects of taking the drug.

Yes, pigmented lesions can be one of the side effects of Promazin. Please note that side effects of medicines should be reported to your doctor or individually. By reporting side effects, you help other patients, including your loved ones, who may also need the same medicine one day. This step also allows you to gather more information on the safety of medicinal products and update data on them.
