Polvertic and Zahron usually cause constipation, although in rare cases the occurrence of diarrhea cannot be excluded. This should be reported to your doctor. Reporting side effects to your doctor or individually allows you to gather more information about the safety of your medications and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future.
