If you missed one of the placebo pills in the 4th row of the Orlifique blister, the declared contraceptive efficacy of the drug is preserved. Discard the missed placebo tablet. A new blister should be started without delay so as not to interfere with protection. Placebo tablets do not contain hormones, they are inactive. Therefore, a delay in their adoption or omission does not affect the effectiveness of the method. The role of placebo tablets is to cause the patient to take the drug systematically and start a new package of the drug on time.
