Is the pain of the sinuses and the feeling of nasal congestion a cause for concern during the Treatment of Dymista?
The doctor prescribed me this drug for sick sinuses (polyps appeared) because earlier I used ordinary drops available in the pharmacy without a prescription, unfortunately after using the drops written by the doctor began a strong sinus pain transmitting to the entire head. Is this a normal side effect or is it better to stop using them? The second thing is that using these drops there is no improvement, the stuffy nose still persists and it is hard to breathe

I started using the drug from Wednesday and after using it I did not notice any improvement, and the next day the nose was still clogged and began severe sinus pain so I stopped using them because I was concerned about these symptoms

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, discomfort in the nasal cavity and dryness of the mucous membrane are some of the uncommon side effects of Dymista: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/25771/dymista-aerozol/ulotka/171633 You have not written how long you have been using Ms Dymista, so it is difficult for me to refer to this part of the question. Please note that for some patients, improvement occurs as early as 12 hours after the first dose, and the full effect may not be visible until a few days after using the aerosol. If you are concerned about the effect of the drug, it is best to talk about it with the attending physician familiar with your health condition in detail.
