Is it possible to take Pyrantelum while trying to have a child?

Is it possible to take Pyrantelum while trying to have a child? Today I took the second dose of the drug and (if Augmentin, which I am currently taking, did not postpone my cycle) tomorrow I should have ovulation. Can we try for a child or wait until the next cycle?

No data are available on the effects of Pyrantelum on fertility. Animal studies have not shown harmful effects of pyrantel on the foetus, however, in the absence of controlled clinical trials on pyrantel embonate in pregnant women, the use of this medicinal product is not recommended during pregnancy, except where the anticipated benefit to the mother outweighs the risk to the foetus. If you assume that fertilization may occur during the use of the drug, you can wait until the next cycle. I am attaching a study that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/ciaza-i-dziecko

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
