What will help severe abdominal pain with vomiting?

Hello. For a week there has been a strong bul of the abdomen between the pempek and the sternum and in addition the bul is so strong that there are even several times vomiting during the day. What will help ??? Thanks for your help 🤔🤔

W sytuacji tak długo występującego bólu, któremu towarzyszą wymioty - należy jak najszybciej udać się do lekarza i znaleźć przyczynę tego problemu. Być może lekarz skieruje na dalsze badania.
