Discontinuation of the drug should be consulted with the doctor who recommended taking it. The symptoms you describe may indicate dehydration that has been reported in patients taking Trulicity. This happened especially at the beginning of therapy, in patients in whom nausea, vomiting or diarrhea were observed. Dehydration of the body in severe cases can lead to acute renal failure or impaired renal function, so it can not be underestimated. First of all, please take care of proper hydration of the body. It is necessary to drink plenty of fluids. Electrolytes available in the pharmacy may also be helpful, about which you will read more in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/elektrolity If, despite intensive hydration, the symptoms, especially low blood pressure and weakness, do not go away, please contact your general practitioner, who will decide on further steps.
