What should I do if I get nausea after the maximum dose of Mysimba?

Hello, for 3 weeks I have been taking the drug Mysimba so far everything was fine but this week I started to take the maximum recommended dose or 2 + 2 tablets and there was a lot of nausea, I would not like to stop the treatment so is there any preparation that could be used along with taking Mysimba and which would reduce stomach discomfort? If at a dose of two tablets in the morning and two in the evening there was nausea, it is worth consulting a doctor. Perhaps the specialist will recommend for some time to return to dosing two in the morning, one in the evening.
