If I put on the disc at the spotting, and only then there was bleeding - did I do the right thing?
Hello, I put on the first Ginoring disc around 2:00 at night when spotting appeared, but the actual bleeding (intense) did not appear until 13:45. Can I say that I put the album on the first day of my period? Am I protected right away? After about 5 days, I had unprotected sex and I'm not sure I should have waited an equal week.

From your description it appears that you applied the disc on the first day of the cycle - that is, at the time when spotting appeared. The protection was maintained from the first day of using the disc. I attach a link to a helpful post: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/krazki-dopochwowe
