Betaloc ZOK 100 and Nebicard 10 mg contain other active substances, are not equivalent and cannot be used interchangeably without consulting a doctor. Betaloc ZOK is a preparation containing metoprolol in a prolonged-release form. Nebicard contains nebivolol. The choice of the drug should be decided by a doctor, preferably a cardiologist.
